BASIC FUNCTION: The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for accurately describing the breakfast menu, selling, up-selling and delivering food to the guest's table between the hours of 5:30 am and 10:00 am.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Greeting guests promptly.

2. Smiling while performing duties.

3. Interact with guests to take drink and food

orders. Describe menu format, individual food

items and bar items to guests.
4. Communicate with kitchen for food ordering.
5. Ensure prompt delivery of food to the guest's

table.
6. Bus tables, clean service areas, set restaurant

7. Handle all checks and cash according to hotel

procedures.
8. Be familiar with all hotel amenities, services and

other restaurants.
